Ask for a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent or nominate someone to act for you.
Faster if you have an account
Signed-in learners can download all their data or delete their account themselves from Settings in the learning app.
How we verify it's you
We reply only to the email address on your account or form, and may ask you to confirm from it. We never ask for ID documents for these requests.
What we keep
Some records, such as invoices and payment records, must be kept for the period tax law requires even after you delete your account. The Privacy Policy lists every retention period.
