Referral Programme Terms

  1. Who can refer: enrolled learners and approved partners (including sales associates and content creators) who accept these terms.
  2. Reward: the commission or credit stated in your referral dashboard or partner agreement, paid only for completed purchases that are not refunded within the refund window. Payouts are subject to applicable tax deduction at source.
  3. Disclosure is mandatory. Whenever you recommend Synaptova and may earn from it, say so clearly and prominently, for example "#ad", "#sponsored" or "I earn a commission if you enrol", in line with the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising and, for audiences in the US, the FTC Endorsement Guides.
  4. Only true claims. You may not promise jobs, placements, salaries or results; quote discounts or deadlines that differ from the official Pricing and Offer Terms; post fake reviews; or create false urgency. Use only the approved claims and materials we provide.
  5. No spam. Don't send unsolicited bulk messages, use purchased lists, or run paid ads on our brand name without written approval.
  6. Termination: we may end participation and withhold unpaid rewards for breach of these terms or fraud.
